Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women worldwide.

Did you know...

1. We’ve celebrated International Women’s Day since 1911.
2. International Women’s Day is an official holiday in dozens of countries, some of these include Afghanistan, Cuba, Mongolia, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam and Zambia.
3. The celebration got women the right to vote in Russia.

As we continue to support each other and strive for a future where every woman and girl can be free from discrimination and achieve her full potential, let's create a world where gender equality is not only a goal, but a reality. Here's to all the amazing women who inspire us all.

We understand that therapy over video call is not always ideal for some of our clients and face-to-face interaction provides greater benefits.

We want to provide the best care for our clients and this is one of the steps we have taken for our own transition!

If you prefer video calls, no worries! We are still offering virtual counselling sessions for your convenience.

We will be accepting in-person inquiries soon, however, please email us at admin@metacounselling.com before visiting in the meantime. We will soon let you know our hours of in-person operation! 🚪📆
